Reamp with Duet 2 and Logic

Hi, I've tried looking for a tutorial on this that matches my setup but I'm getting confused.
I need to know what to send to the Kemper from the Duet (headphone output 1-2 or 3-4)?
The Duet 2 doesn't have SPDIF. I also need to know how to route in Maestro and Logic.
