PRS

Made a mistake yesterday and played a PRS Custom 24 for 40 minutes while waiting for a friend in my local guitar shop. Didn't help that it was hooked up to Victory Amp combo. Now I have to have both
Seriously, I've never touched a PRS before, I was put off by sort of gaudy looks and 5 way rotary knob to switch pickups (what a terrible idea). But now, gaudy looks are toned down and they have a normal blade switch.. I think it was one of the best guitars I've played in my life and I am no stranger to high end guitars at all..

Victory are outstanding sounding amps.

The CE´s from 1989 to 1991 are very good guitars too!

I bought a lefty Custom 24 last week and it's the best guitar I've ever played.

Their amps are pretty good too. The new Archon 50 is very tempting!

I got a Stripped 58 earlier in the year. Naturally beautiful as opposed to bling and sounds / plays great.

I have 3 PRS's a standard 22 that I brought when I was 15 nearly 17 years ago. From then on I was hocked. About 3 years later I brought a custom 22 10 top which is so silky and smooth, and then 7 years ago I brought my self a Dave Navarro modal and this is my Favourite. Never had and problems with any of them, great guitars and really well made

I have a 20th anniversary 24 and a beautiful autumn sky finish hollow body 2 and I love them both. Also just got a fender custom shop strat that's absolutely beautifully made too;) very happy man!

About time you tried the PRS out, my friend! Had my first in '86, 3rd is a Custom 24 limited edition from '08. Awesome guitars! Hardly play my LP even.
