Kemper reboots multiple times and now seems to have died. Urgent.

Hi

No problems before but as of yesterday i noted some crackles as i played and sometimes it failed to start when booting up. Today turned it on again and it has rebooted itself 3 times in the space of 10 minutes, Crackles precede this and are quite obvious. Similar to tugging a phono cable connected to a hifi. I tried to back up but it wouldnt stay on long enough and no it seems to have died. I cannot get it to start as i write. Everynow and again i get the kemper startup for about a second before it powers out.

Its plugged into a power conditioner. No problem with other equipment. I had the latest software on it.

i wasnt sure how to, looked on the site but could only see a contact us page. Ive reconnected everything and its on as normal so i will hold fire for the next 30 min. if it happens i will do the ticket if i can find out how

Cheers Marc. Fingers crossed its all ok. Ive been able to make a backup and it running ok now. Im not sure what it could have been. It rebooted on me before (infact theres a existing thread on this) but this time it was happening in such quick succession....and then not to come on. Lets hope its voodoo

Seems ok. hmmm. Must have been my bad. I will keep tabs but if the mods want to delete the thread and any future problems i may have i now know about the support ticket.
